I had a great time during my Christmas holiday at this hotel. the spa and pool area were amazing , I especially loved the warm pool which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. One of the best aspects was the location , nestled in a quiet area with stunning mountain views, it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the winter scenery. the room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from.
Although I had a great experience overall, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. I was disappointed with the lack of towels in the pool area , it would have been more convenient if they were provided.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. Plus, I appreciated the ease of parking my car in their garage. Additionally, the location of this hotel in a very quiet area was very relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff made me feel very welcomed.

Spent new year's at a hotel in the mountains. The size of the room was good, comfortable and with good heating. The view to the mountains was great. The food was good, with a variety of dishes to choose from. They had a nice breakfast with fresh coffee and pastries. The best thing about the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always willing to help and answer all our questions.
Despite the good experience, we had some issues. The pool area didn't have enough towels for all the guests and there was no hot tub.
